Information collected

When you submit an estimate request, G & M Landscape Construction may collect your name, selected contact method, phone number and/or email address, city or ZIP, project type, project description, desired timeline, approximate budget range, and project photographs you choose to upload. When you submit a client review, G & M may collect your full name, selected public display name, star rating, review text, optional project type and city, optional private email address, and your permission to publish the review.

How information is used

Estimate information is used to review your project, confirm whether it is within the service area, communicate with you, evaluate next steps, and prepare for a potential site evaluation or written estimate. The budget range is used for lead qualification only; the website does not generate automatic quotes or pricing. Review information is used to privately evaluate the submission, verify or follow up about it when appropriate, and decide whether to publish it.

Storage and access

Estimate-request details, uploaded photographs, and review submissions are stored in the website’s managed data and file storage. The submissions and review-moderation area is restricted to the authorized site owner. Pending and rejected reviews are not displayed publicly.

Published reviews

If you give permission and G & M approves your review, the website may display only your selected public display name, star rating, review text, optional project type, and optional city. Your full name and optional email address remain private and are not included in the public review card.

Sharing

G & M does not use website submissions to sell customer information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to your request, comply with law, or protect legal rights and security.

Site technology

This site does not intentionally add advertising trackers or analytics. To prevent automated abuse, the estimate and review forms use a one-way technical identifier based on network and browser information; the raw network address is not stored in the submission database for this protection. The hosting platform may also use security and operational technologies needed to provide and protect the site. This policy should be reviewed if analytics, embedded services, or other third-party tools are added later.

Your choices
